Why no one answers the questions ??

Why is no one here answering a question about GTMedia products?
Does this mean that the company's technical support is not working?
And so us need to refuse to buy GTMedia products?

What prevents you from answering them? Maybe the low competence of your technical support?

Very few of us have a D2 unit so do not know what to answer.

Most members on this forum deal with the satellite TV etc.
If you put your request in the correct part of the forum you may get a reply from members who go to the (DAB RADIO ) side of the forum.
(GTMedia Audio Services DAB & FM ) or send a e-mail direct to the technical support.
