Tengo el mismo problema, en algún momento se permitieron avatares más grandes, pero las reglas cambiaron y cualquier miembro nuevo (como yo) tiene un tamaño limitado. No podía ajustar mi avatar al tamaño requerido, así que uso el cuadro QR para llegar a mi avatar. Bienvenido al foro.

The settings are set for min 20x20 pixels and 200x200 max.
The max file size is set for 1024 bits, that allows for 33x32 pixels.
