Have a look at "dish pointer" just to confirm that you have set everything up correct.
It could be that the "skew" is not set correct, dish pointer should be able to confirm this, ie when you are in front of the lnb looking at the dish, you may have to move the lnb very little with the twist of the hand clock wise / anti clock wise.
Just noticed that it is "c" band. which may have a different way to solve this.

Good luck

Den

The best way for me to setup a dish is to find true south, I like to start with my true south satellite, so if your location is 35 North and 78 West, your true south satellite would be 78.0w, then I find the next satellite east then I go back to 78.0w and then find the next one to the west, every time you make changes go back to each satellite and check to see if it's better on not, it takes time.

BTW, a good start is with dishpointer.com and a laptop with wifi, it's a big help.

I would guess your LNB is not pointing at the center of the antenna, it is pointing slightly to one side. With the new digital LNBs it is easy to misalign where it is pointing, also difficult to get at.
No live links (Rule #18) highlight the URL and use the Code tag option "</>"
