My Experience With The GTMedia V9 Super

Hello and thanks for reading my post. So, about a week ago I received my GTMedia V9 Super in the mail. The V9 Super is my 4th Sat Receiver. I couldn't install the v398 firmware due to the "invalid file" bug (a known issue). So, I installed v396 firmware instead, and it installed without issues. I also loaded the Satellite List for North America, installed fine without issues. I've already scanned in 4 C-Band birds without issues. The blind scan is fast and didn't miss any transponders. It was easy to organize my Channels in the Favorites List. Easy surfing, communicates well with my dish mover, no issues. YouTube didn't work (a known issue), which will be corrected with FW v398 I hear. Also, internal Wifi worked great.

All things considered, congratulations to GT Media for producing a very nice receiver. This little box is well done, and it's a solid reliable Sat Receiver.
