Hey,

Wanted to ask whats the best and latest(newest) GTMEDIA product that i can purchase that supports biss (i assume internet biss too) and overall decrypt other encryptions if any?

Check out the spec of the V8X receiver, which is good for getting (Biss), as yet (Biss 2) has not been hacked.
Powervu has the keys built within the software, and will auto-roll when they change, again if the channel is a (Powervu +) again these channels have not been hacked to view via the softcam.

The GT COMBO is the newer receiver, a new update is due out soon, there are a lot of bugs in this receiver, which they are working on, so it may be a while before it is a full working receiver, have look around the forum, about this receiver.
The V8X receiver is a few years old , but is a full working receiver.

The UHD does 4k, while the V8X does not.
The GT Combo Android unit does open 4.2.2 video and 4k.
