Hallo,

Ich bin neu hier. Ich habe einen Gtcombo. Seit letzten update lassen sich die Kanele nicht mehr umschalten. Es erscheint bei der Kanaländerung auf der linken Seite die Menuleiste. Diese lässt sich nicht mehr entfernen.
Man muss zurück auf die Hometaste und dan wieder zum tv Programm. Es lässt sich auch nicht zwischen Dvb-s und dvb-c umschalten.
Was kann ich hier tun?

The Problem is not the remote control. The batterie are new.
Wen i switch the program, the Side menu goes automatic on and i can't go out with exit. Only with the Home Button.

Most user have found this is due to low batteries.
Try another set and maybe use the remote closer to the unit so the Bluetooth can reach.
Also there may be other things running Bluetooth that block the remote.

You could also try unpairing the remote and then use it as a standard IR remote.
Note after unpairing the remote you need to reboot the box.
