I receive all the French channels of your list, may be at different frequencies, but the most are correct.
I set as 'second language' English in the setting menu of my V8 UHD, mainly for the East European channels, otherwise un-understandable by me, and that's why the films are in English, but the advertisments in the middle are in French.
All the channels, selecting the French audio, are in French obviously, the films too.
Available, if needed, for other matters, bye.
