Setting up out resolution at 2160p60 after FW Reset or Update
is a mistake ! Many TV Sets are not capable of this , HDMI Cable
is not suitable for it and the TV will give a black screen ! Dead end !!!

That looks to be a no signal on your TV.

Check the hdmi cable.
