Are 101w 4020 keys down?

Are the keys for scripps networks (Discovery networks) on tp 4020 are down on ses-1 101w.
This transponder quit working on my receiver but the other ones on this satellite work fine.
Will there be a firmware update to fix it - or does someone have working keys for this sat/tp.
I am using the built in keys on a v7s2x if it makes a difference.
