To track the bugs conveniently

To track the bugs conveniently, I want to setup a top post for forum moderators.
Moderator will help GTMedia team to collect the bugs together.
GTMedia team will update the status of bugs.
One bug will go through four states: New Confirmed Fixed Released Closed
Moderator can new a bug when user report this bug, and close a bug when this bug is fixed.
When a new bug appears, GTMedia team will confirm this bug with reporter at first.
And then, try to fix it, and release it in new firmware.
At last Moderator will close this bug.
In this way, all bugs will be tracked and never missed.
