You would use the LNB frequency of 9750 / 10600 if you have a universal LNB
The LNB has the frequency printed on it.
If you have a standard LNB with a frequency like 13000 or 10750 the use those settings in the antenna settings.
If you do not know, then set 9750/10600 and do a blind scan to check.
If the setting is incorrect you will still tune the channel, but the reported frequency will be wrong.

Thank you very much for your reply! But what I want to ask is that this group of Chinese programs are encrypted programs. There is a kind of irregular set-top box on the market that can be decrypted and played without Ca card. Can V7 Pro decrypt and play? Decrypt and play like powervu and BISS.

Those channels are listed as encrypted "Wyplay".
I have not heard of this and suspect it is not hacked, so no there is no box to hack those.
