gt combo升级了最新固件，高清节目和4k卡顿，断断续续，没法看。

what is your signal type?satellite or cable?
the channel‘s audio type is AC3 or another？
if it is AC3 type，please check the setting of the digital audio out option.

是有线电视，高清节目和4k节目观看过程中卡顿，看10秒卡3秒，免费节目也是这样，恢复出厂没法解决。

我恢复出厂后，如果os协议不启用，观看免费节目很顺畅。但是输入账号启用os后，所有的节目包括免费节目、加密节目开始出现卡顿问题，信息栏quality数值会跳动。所以我猜测是os协议的问题。
