Tandberg on 28.2E 11608 H

Post by tangram »

Hello,

A mux of 12 SD channels has appeared on 28.2E (Astra 2G) TP 11608 H. Video is encrypted with Tandberg Director CAID 1010.

Will it be possible to view these channels using GTMEDIA GT?

Thanks

I do not think that this is supported, depending on your location, the same channels are at 11306h 27500.

Also see my post in the GTMEDIA V8 SERIES (GTMEDIA V8X BBC Satback 20220320 )

Thanks for the follow-up!

Looks like it might be T********g V3, which afaik, is not decryptable yet. Running poc 1.6, I get:

This is well out of my area of knowledge; I'm open to suggestions, if I can help in any way.

As well, it appears 11306 H is off now. But I'm out of the spot-beam, which is why 11608 H is interesting.

Too bad they did not use BISS as they do on the 27.5W satback. It is broadcast television after all, not premium services. Hopefully, this is not an indication that they eventually plan to migrate the mux on 27.5W to T*******g V3 as well...
