Need GTC channel arrangement software

I need channel arrangement software for gtc. Gtc can only move the channel ( actually replace) so it is difficult to arrange channels. I tried xml notepad 2007 but you can't arrange favourite list. I tried xml channel editor but it is showing error loading the xml file. Is V7 Pro XML file will work in GTC.
