Today I picked up my new GTC
Unfortunattly most transponders from Hotbird and Astra satellites aren't working. Signal strenght is 0%, and signal quality is 10-95%.
My current firmware version is GTC-C20.A.6.3.49-201912181858-1576666691 and my serial number is: GC2A19013288.
Could you help me? Please

this GTC xxxxx, From 2 months I have got 2 bricks with 0 signal and noone can help with that. I regrets that I spent money on it. Still 0 signal!!

I have no problems using the box for FTA, PowerVu, Biss and Tandberg and Android 6.0.1 apks. Usually problems when using CA private servers clines, cccam etc. Most users will like to load providers channels list founded in the net which sometimes created a lot of problems on EPGs or having their unit stuck or bricked. Quality of such services sometimes is bad which make difficult the box to operate fine. GT Media keeps trying to fix bugs but sometimes when trying to make some people happy it does affect others. So, the box will work fine but that will depend on what kind of use will you give. Hopefully the virus pandemic goes away soon so China can go back to work and we can see updates again.

No, esa es la ultima versión. Si mantienes la caja conectada al internet te saldra un mensaje cuando salga una versión nueva.

No, esa es la ultima versión. Si mantienes la caja conectada al internet te saldra un mensaje cuando salga una versión nueva.

Todo esto viene porque me ha dejado de funcionar la aplicación de Movistar+, y he leído algo de que no funciona con versiones antiguas de Android.

Talvez es que para el GTS Pro (Negro) talvez no hay actualización @49. La version 48 o 49 NO tiene que ver con la versión de Android que es la misma para ambas 6.0.1. Si la unidad esta conectada al internet y NO te sale mensaje en la pantalla que hay una nueva actualización pues es que NO existe para ese modelo

Ya eso es otra cosa. Las versiones de androide van a la par con los hardwares. Porlo menos x ahora este no ha sido actualizado, veremos a ver.

Ya eso es otra cosa. Las versiones de androide van a la par con los hardwares. Porlo menos x ahora este no ha sido actualizado, veremos a ver.

Hello I have the version GTC-C20.A6.3.48-201910181444-1571381084 the model is GC2A19010885
I think it is the latest version for this model, because I have it connected to the internet and it tells me that it is the latest version. I have several problems:
1. it does not let me make a copy of channels it tells me db error, it seems strange to me because the cccam does let me copy them and also allows me to import channel list or cccam
2. The digital audio is advanced, both by hdmi and by spdif, if I put it in pcm it works well but with this mode 5.1 does not work.
3. The signal marks me 50, 40, 30 depends on which channels, the strength always marks 95. It seems strange to me since the image quality is good. It only happens to me with dvb-s2 channels. With the dvb-t2 channels I have both the signal and the strength almost at 95
4. The egp list does not work on most channels.
5. Every time I turn on the deco or change the channel it comes encrypted, I have to change the channel from one to the other for it to work.
Have you had more complaints from more users? Or does it just happen to me? Do you know if the gtmedia team is working on these failures?
