Post by qdi »

Hi all i've started to build an application for channel editing for GTC :) its not complete yet but i think will finish in two weeks :)
for now what i complete can look on first version its a bit laggy but i want to know if this work at al l;)

whats working:
deleting satelites
moving channels up\down
removing channels
reasign channels to current set
saving xml list

little explanation : when you editing channels move up\down as you want after finishing please hit reasign button it will assigne new channel number to program as is in gridview. if edited list will work on GTC this will be 100% satisied for me :) here's link to download. please dont remove xsd file its xml schema for checking if you xml is ok :)

Code: Select all

Grande perro!!

Voy a probarlo y comento luego.

I tested. Works fine so far. I have a few points to mentioned just if possible to add features as recomendations:

Can you add to Separate TV and Radio channels?
Can you add Video, Audio (additional or alternate audio opt), PCR id so we can add/modify new channels?
Can you add Video type H.264, H.265?
Can you add audio type MPEG2, AC3, AAC etc?
Channel Rename goes back to original name. Its not Save

Thanks for a good job!!

Thank you :) . For beggining i want to have knowlage if its working at all. Sure Ale can be done. Grid view channels will be containing tabs one for radio and second for tv. Video and audio tags under program will be included also into channel. Multi renaminig is not working I want to provide First working app than Focus on details :) which are also important. Also my plan contains coloring satelites, transponders That have channels inside. And after that manualy changeing channel details.

Muy bien hecho perro!!! Gran trabajo.

Hi I've downloaded your tool but I cannot find the channel list xml to open like shown in your video.
Can you upload it or tell me where to download?
Thanks

Excellent work, please keep it up and alive.
You made my day, editing in the box itself is a painstaking task.
Thanks a lot!!

I am very disappointed in the GTC. High quality videos are not video audio sync. Channels are not so easy to sort as the simple V7S. Oscam is very difficult to edit. Remote control has no FAV function. I wonder if there was another manufacturer who has not considered the experience of other receivers. Too bad. Had to return the device and will deal with the V8.But the worst thing is just the discussed channel sorting and FAVS.

Hello.

Is there any possibility of editing DVB-T channels.
I don't know how to assign them and what channel numbers to give them.

I use GTMedia GTC DB Tools to edit channels. From HotBird satellite I have channels in the order of 1 to 465.
How to set channels from Astra 1E from 466 to 580 DB Tools persistently sets channels 1 to 154 for me. When I upload such a file to GTC, the channels are mixed up.

Używam GTMedia GTC DB Tools do edycji kanałów.

I have already edited channels in DB Tools HotBird 13E, Astra 1 and added DVB-T terrestrial channels.
It works, I have to make some corrections but it's ok.
Thanks for help.
