I just bought GTMEDIA GTC, Why the serial number is GCxxx not GTCxxx ? Is there any different?

Yes, they are. They used different firmware.

What about the feature? Is GTC with serial number GC can lock Optus D1? Because GTC with serial number GTS can lock Optus D1.
Is it different chipset or tuner both of them?
