M+ Golf HD se oye pero no se ve.

Hola a tod@s.
Tengo un GTC Media ( GC2A19006950 ) y cuando pongo el canal M+Golf HD no se ve pero si se oye.
Los canales del mismo transpondedor se ven y oyen perfectamente, solo pasa en ese canal.
El canal M+Golf sd va perfectamente.
Anteriormente funcionaba bien. Tal vez sea la nueva actualización.
Agradecería por parte de quien corresponda si se puede solucionar.

I have a GTC Media (GC2A19006950) and when I put the M + Golf HD channel it is not seen but it is heard.
The channels of the same transponder look and hear perfectly, it only happens on that channel.
The channel M + Golf sd goes perfectly.
Previously it worked fine. Maybe it's the new update.
I would be grateful for whoever corresponds if it can be solved.

Borrastes los canales de ese transponder y hicistes un scan nuevo?

También he hecho una búsqueda nueva sin ningún resultado.

Both of those channels are on Astra 1KR/1L/1M at 19.2°E in the Movistar+ package (according to Lyngsat) and both show as being encrypted with Nagravision, so it must be a problem with your service provider, not a problem with the STB.

Gracias Juan_Vale por tu interés en buscar una solución.
He probado con distintos servicios de diferentes proveedores y el resultado es el mismo.
Además también con esos proveedores los he puesto en otro deco que tengo y ahí si va el M+Golf HD, con lo cual descarto que sea problema de la antena parabólica.
Por último antes si funcionaba y tal vez sea por la actualización de firmware.

I have tried different services from different providers and the result is the same.
In addition also with those providers I have put them in another deco that I have and there if the M + Golf HD goes, with which I rule out that it is a problem of the satellite dish.

Tengo tu mismo problema y agravado que ahora no tengo señal para ningún canal en el satélite. Ha sido desde la última actualización

Hola Planchete.
Envíame un privado con tu correo electrónico y te facilito una lista de canales que a mí me va bien.
Es para el Astra 19,2 E.
No lleva todos los canales pero los "interesantes " los lleva en un orden bastante correcto.
Es una lista reducida.
Le he quitado los de la TDT porque esos depende del lugar. Por ejemplo los de Murcia no valen para Segovia.
No entro todos los días pero tampoco lo dejo mas de 2 o 3.
