what the problem with this box?? this show green light only

Have you tried the 'Recovery Mode'... when you turn on (power up) the box press MENU on the remote control several times, if this works the box will go into recovery mode and reload the last firmware it has stored in memory. You will loose all your user data, so I hope you have made some backups. Also I see from your photo you have a USB plugged in, this could cause a problem when the box is booting, better to boot first and then plugin the usb.

It solved bro... because i unplugged all connections like HDMI,RF,LNB, USB and all connections to this device....and i plugged socket and finally it alive

I got this issue also. i tried these methods. but no response from the box

unplugged any device...and wait for any seconds..and try to insert socket first .if work ...you can plug again

Me ocurre lo mismo, despues de actualizar, nada en pantalla, solo Boob, luz verdey reloj, lo demas todo muerto, y ahora que? creo tengo un pisapapeles,

I had same issue and issues with booting.

UNPLUG HDMI if your box either stops responding to remote or fails to boot.

It just works, unsure why?

Conecte HDMI a otro monitor y esta funcionando, lo dejare asi y no toco nada mas de esta cosa, cuando intento cambiar algo o modificar la mayoria de veces se me descoñeta, asi que mirame y no me toques...

i had the same issue .
so i disconected all the cables for all the night and it stard working


a mi me paso lo mismo , deconecte los cables unos segundos y seguia igual .
al final lo deconecte todo durante toda la noche o un dia , y al reconectarlo resucito .
