bug in software dated 28/10/2019 NO SIGNAL appears if i scan channels more than one time any solution

Can let us members know what satellite and which transponder, plus size of your dish.
With this info, we will be able to help pin point what may be wrong.
What is your signal like on other transponders on that satellite.

i have multisat setup with 6 satellites on 4 dishes i have checked signal on vu solo 4k its ok but when i scan channels on my gtc it shows no signal

As you know GTMedia receivers do not like (diseq) switches,( have a read around the forum) have you tried direct to the lnb of the satellite in question,
I only use my receiver (V8 NOVA ORANGE) on a motor.

It has being told a lot of times if you read across the forum. Choose port 1 on your Diseqc 1.0 even if you don't have a diseqc switch

Re-arrange the channels yourself again
