GTC HELP ME
I installed software on the product but it opens like this how can I turn it off?

I have never had this problem, this is what other people have done >>
1.- when in the Chinese screen click on MENU (remote control)
2.- you will get a video... when video is showing click on HOME (remote control with a house icon, above the mouse button)
3.- if successful you will get the normal screen, if not repeat.

Ok Pressing the menu and the video is displayed, pressing the home button closes this screen.
but it clears the satellite settings every time and this screen always comes up when the device is turned off
