Time shift function on GTC

Hi,
How do I control the Time shift function on the GTMEDIA GTC? On the remote there are no pause/play buttons. Starting a recording (PVR) via red button on remote works fine. Does anyone know if this function works on the GTC (maybe with a different remote?). The function is mentioned in the specifications.
