When we will get OTA of GTC_v2.0_C20.A6.3.50_20200319. My latest update of gtc is GTC-C20.A6.3.48-201910181444

Already you have A6.3.50 version.

you have to use a VPN connection, which allows you to simulate a connection with IP from the USA or another country.
