It is surprising to me that how many years have passed since the production of this product, during this time the software engineers of this company could not provide a comprehensive and complete software for this model.

"GT Combo" in Version C20.A9.1.23
I use 6 satellites:
Thor 0.8W, Astra 4.8E, Hotbird 13E, Astra 19.2E, Astra 28E, Eutelesat & Express 36E (Circular). Cccam keys for these satellites.
1. On Android, the weather forecast is visible at the bottom of the main window, but when the main window is opened, no information is displayed (enter the city and country).
2. Installation > CS Protocol > Server Setting
In the list of cccam keys, there is no possibility to enable/disable the key (it is only possible to enter or delete it), the Enable column always shows green color even though the key is not working.
The OSCAM Monitor list shows whether the key is working, but there is no way to edit or correct it, disable/enable it.
3. Cccam works poorly, it crashes when sorting channels or frequently switching coded channels, it starts not unlocking (does not open) the channel and shows a black window, only after Cleaning cache and clean it unlocks again according to the collected Cccam keys, in some cases it does not unlock until you reboot Android. To unlock individual channels, you have to wait from 3 to 7 minutes.

The newly added software function "Noise Reduction" works incorrectly in this version (C20.A9.1.23).
When the function is enabled (ON) everything works fine, the image is normal, but when the function is disabled (Off) the image is doubled. No matter how many times it is switched (turned on and off again and restart DVB app), everything repeats itself. I use TV 24"

In firmware version C20.A9.1.23
1. Biss key does not update, a window is displayed to wait for Biss auto to update, but this window remains displayed indefinitely until you have to manually disable it, and Biss keys remain not updated.

2. Also, if you select the green button in the info bar to activate the Player, a window appears to activate the Player and this window remains indefinitely, no player is activated.

The Noise Reduction is only for HD channels so maybe that should be added to the name of the option.

The old defaults were with it On, and you can see the improvements very clearly on large TV screens with HD / UHD when it is off.

Ideally the app would be able to set the options based on the current type of channel displayed (ie SD On, HD / UHD Off).

The satellite you are scanning? Are the channels TV channels or data channels?
If they are data channels the combo will not save them, like EPG data channels.

Another solution is to reset and try scanning the satellite first and then the DVB-C.

Remember to save your stuff, Picons, Ccam info IPTV etc before the reset.

I've been having trouble with my GT Combo since I bought it being out of sync on many channels in New Zealand, especially 3, 3+1, Prime, Prime +1 and the Bravo's, when changing onto these channels they were often out of sync and I had to change off them and back onto them a few times before they'd be in sync.

The new firmware said it fixed some TV sync problems but with mine it didn't resolve the problems, it appears I have now finally found a solution, I deleted the TV apps cache and settings and did a rescan of the channels from a fresh start and now with this new firmware I've gone 2 days with no sync problems, this is highly unusual and I believe it's very likely fixed. I'm not sure what fixed it if it was the cache clearing or just deleting all settings and starting again on the new firmware. Perhaps if I had of just put on the new firmware and done a factory reset to default settings then scanned channels it would have worked too.

By just upgrading firmware it didn't fix it, so perhaps for those having similar issues a factory reset after the firmware upgrade might be the best solution.

I hope this helps someone else, now I know this I will be buying another box for my other TV, what stopped me was this sync problem, other than that the box has been great.

Yes many users have had issues after doing an ONLINE update, myself included.
Doing the update by downloading the 700+Mb file and using the USB upgrade works much better as this clears all data and starts again as you did.

Have you also noted that Prime has dropped EPG again.
The combo gets EPG files from other TP's off Optus D1@160e and saves them, so some EPG for Prime is shown.
The EPG on other TP's can be different for each other, they are lazy I think, but this can double up the EPG for some programs, like Maori TV in the EPG page.

Thanks, I didn't notice Prime dropped EPG again, when I did the rescan a couple of days ago when I found this solution EPG was working, I just checked it now and EPG was working. When I do my blind scan it picks up a lot of prime channels, some had EPG others didn't so I kept one that had the EPG working.

There are many errors, the most important of which is that the image is not smooth, especially in free channels, as well as the CCcam or Newcam server stops when flipping, as well as some channels stop working until they turn into a new frequency and then return to the channel
