GTC firmware problem with starone W70 and Amazonas W61

Dear, I bought the GTmedia GTC android (white), and I have a problem with the signal from the satellite star one C2 W70. The transponders are correct, the routing in the disecq 8.1 is also correct. the antenna orientation is correct. Since in a xxxxx decoder it works fine with its corresponding private IKS. satellite amazonas also has problems. I deduce that it is a firmware problem. since I update to version: C20.A6.3.51
Application version: 0.02.190426.15-31.
Please give me a solution.

estimados, compre el GTmedia GTC android (blanco), y tengo un problema con la señal del satelite star one C2 W70. Los transponder estan correctos, el ruteo en el disecq 8,1 tambien es correcto. la orientacion de la antena es correcta. Ya que en un decodificador xxxxxxc funciona bien con su correspondiente IKS privado. satelite amazonas tambien tiene problemas. Desduzco que es un problema de firmware. ya que me actualizo a la version: C20.A6.3.51
Version de aplicacion: 0.02.190426.15-31.
Por favor brindenme una solucion.

Hola colega, a mi me pasa lo mismo con ambos satelites y otros 2 decos mas antiguos..
Se que gtmedia ya habilito un soft para corregir eso, pero en mi caso opte por usar la fuerza bruta y cambie el plato por uno de 1mt y santo remedio.
