GT Media GTC how to add new frequency in Satellit

I have GT media GTC receiver.

I would like to add some new frequences frome EutelSat 16 East in, but I do not know how to do it...

Is it possible? I have found that I can add new Satellite, but how to add new frequence I did not find...

Viewing any station, press menu. Go to "scan" .look for your satellite (16 est) and press the "info" button (on the remote control) here look for the desired frequency and do "SCAN"

-Press Green Boton to ADD

-Add new TP

When I press "Info" on the satellite I see a new TP in the list.

1.- are you able to tune any of the other transponders in the Skylink package or is it just 12012V that is giving you the problem.

2.- how are you going to watch the channels in the package as I see they use encryption that is not compatible with the GTC. You will need a Cccam service as the GTC only opens Powervue, Tandberg and Biss.

3.- S2X or T2MI are different signal formats and requires a receiver designed to work with those formats... like AM and FM both are radio signals, but different.

How much quality do you have on this TP?? Have you tried going down and up a couple of numbers? 12011,12010,12009 or 12013, 12014, 12015?? also on the SR. Try also switching the V to H and going back

I deleted everything. Again, I manually added and TP launched a new tune. The programs have already been tuned. I don't know what the problem was. Thank you for your help.
