GTC - no signal
Hi.
Why does my tuner sometimes show no signal, I have to restart it then, sometimes several times. Sometimes no signal appears on several channels, eg HBO is ok, HBO 2 and 3 no signal. I have multiswitch installations and on another xxxxxx tuner it is ok. Every time the strength and quality are at the level of 99℅. Is it possible that the signal is too strong?
Regards Roman

Re: GTC - no signal
Try to choose Diseqc 1.0 Port 1 even if you are not using a diseqc switch
Re: GTC - no signal
I use Diseqc. I got multiswitch and signal two sat Astra and HB
Re: GTC - no signal
The multiswitch is called Signal.
The problem occurred 2 weeks ago, but so far restary devices have helped.
Unfortunately I am currently unable to watch certain channels. The antenna is well positioned because I have a second XXXXXXXXX and this one works normally. All channels work, the list is set the same as on the GTS.
I suspect that the problem lies in the tuner itself.
Maybe a factory reset will help?

Re: GTC - no signal
I checked the frequencies
11508 V - ok
11158V - no signal
11149V - no signal
12264V -OK
11449H - no signal
10796V - no signal
12187V - OK
11278V - no signal
11449H - no signal
12475H -- no signal
12283H - OK
I mounted a separate satellite dish with a single converter on the ground. It is the same, nothing has improved.
DVB-T channels are working properly.
Is it possible that the head in the tuner has been damaged?

Re: GTC - no signal
I`m repeair GTC.
First I I bought a chip on Alliexpress AV2018 Single Chip Tuner for DVB-S2 Receiver it needs to be soldered then the problem of the lack of signal will disappear.
on the left side of the tuner there is a converter circuit that powers the antenna output, there may be no contact, you need to improve the soldering. I'll post a photo tomorrow.
