The GTC already has NEWCAMD and CCCAM. I use my GTC on IKS with NEWCAMD and it works fine.

This is what I have to do on my GTC, should be similar in other models :-

1.- Open DVB window >> press menu on R/C ... this will open the installation menu. Before you select an option press 6666 on the R/C. This will bring up another menu item "CS Protocol".
2.- Select CS Protocol >> Server Settings >> ADD >> fill in your data. If you use NEWCAMD the DES key is set to the default value. If you have a different DES key with ABCDEF there is a workaround, I will explain if needed.
3.- When finished reboot the box for changes to take effect.
PS you can add by USB but the DES key problem persists.

I received my device a short time ago, I inserted some of the CS protocol, but it is not unlocking the channels. I believe I did everything right but even connected to the server is not working.

What does the acronym "AU" in the image mean? This field is always OFF on CS servers.

AU = Automatic Update (autoroll)... not needed in IKS. The only two readers you need to be "ON" are the "claro" and the "emulator" The other two are used when you are using your box as a server... not required in your case. They may be the problem the box is not working correctly, as your "claro" is shown as CONNECTED to the IKS server in the STATUS column.
Which box are you using?? you should be able to turn the readers on/off with the button to the left of the readers name.

Thanks for the help and explanation, Tom.w and juan_vale.

I'm using GTC. I managed to unlock the SD channels. Talking to some CS vendors and found out what was going on, some operators have updated their software and CS vendors are having a hard time. It seems that no vendor is able to unlock HD channels, and on the satellite I was trying to, they are not even unlocking SD channels.

40.5W - HD ???, SD ???
43.0W - HD OFF, SD ON
61.1W - HD OFF, SD OFF
70.1W - HD OFF, SD ON

I will explain the workaround but first try this >>

Also make sure you only have this line active... if you have too many lines active it can give you a problem.

UPDATE. You can find the "workaround" here >>

i'm very sorry
May be I posted in the wrong place because my box is GTMEDIA V9 SUPER. It cannot be connected to with the port 8081
in your example ( workaround) it looks like Oscam....
The line does appear in the PROTOCOL menu but not connected to server
The DES Key always revert to 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 whatever key you input
That's appears to be a BUG.

Yes, wrong section and yes the V9 does not use OSCAM. Try to put the DESKey without spaces, a space is recognized as the end of a field, that is why you leave a space between "user" and "pswd"... if you leave a space after "01" you are saying that is the end of the DESKey. Try it without spaces and see if it works. I do not have a V9 so I can't give you much help there...sorry.
