GTC to play camera stream

i try to play ip camera stream thru GTC but my rtsp file wont work with installed media player, it will work on pc with vlc but not GTC or can i play this in vlc from GTC box?

sample stream from camera:
rtsp://user69:password123@192.168.0.103/h264Preview_01_main
