Gt media GTC Channel list export

hello.
I have a problem with channel list export to USB.

I do a new scan of channels. When i export the list to usb and then i import the list from usb all channels are no named.

So i can not edit the channel list.

Has anyone the problem ?

No. I got no name when signal is poor quality.
