GT Combo - Bluetooth Headphones

Back to the days where I used my old Gtmedia GTC, I use to connect my BT headphones to listen the channels without interrupting other persons at home.

I try to use the same pair of headphones with the new GT combo, but the audio does not switch to the headphones. In spite the volumn icon have a BT simbol, the audio continues on the TV and I cannot listen to anything with my headphones

Is this something GT media team can fix?

Using bluetooth earphones is a very important issue for me and I am waiting to be sure of their correct functioning before making the purchase.
I need to make sure sound gets to the headphones.

support the BT headphones that we need to integrate it.

Yo también estoy muy interesado en que se pueda solucionar este problema. Es curioso que tengo un ratón bluetooth y sí que funciona.
