Unfortunately my GTMEDIA GT COMBO is able to scan and get all the T2MI multistram channels on 28 degrees east but no pictures? But other receiver which not android combo is able to scan and get all the T2MI multistram channels with pictures

Please record the stream, upload to hxxps://wetransfer.com/ and send us the link.
Please set Menu->PVR Setting->PVR Mode to Frequency.
We will check and fix it ASAP.

Please record the TS file on GTCombo, and then upload it to cloud and send me the link.

Whenever i change Channel from normal S2 tv to T2MI MULTISTREAM, decoder freezes, its not allowing me to have access to even record.

please record the transponder data by v8uhd.
because the gtcombo can not process these channels, so your recorded file by gtcombo is invalid.

I have recorded another ts file using my xxxxxxxxx decoder because I don't have sold my GTMEDIA V8 UHD yesterday so I have now only GTMEDIA GT COMBO which also get multistream channels but no pictures come. Link to ts file record

So can you help us recording the transponder data again?
by the way, also anyone can help us to do this recording?

I cannot access 28E sat, but I wonder how different is the process of recording transponder data vs recording the channel.
I was not clear to me what do you need, so other can help you to solve the issue

Recording transponder data, we will get the file that includes all the channels in it.
Recording the channel,we will get the file that only includes one channel in it.

By the way, i have found out the rootcause of this issue, we are designing the solution.

I have recorded the multistream channels video with GTMEDIA GT COMBO, channels scratche, skip, freezes and sometimes stop. My signal is 80% and my other xxxxxxxx receiver don't skip at all but GTMEDIA GT COMBO is freezing always, check the video for more. Link here
