GTMEDIA GTC Can’t watch full screen HBO and Pluto TV

Hello

Using Android I can’t watch full screen Pluto TV and HBO, etc. I only can see a small window, it’s like a web video player. When I push the square icon (to set it to full screen mode) the video stops and the sound continues.

I guess I’m not setting up it property. Any idea about how to solve it?

Have you tried just to press (Exit) on the remote.

After trying full screen mode the Pluto App is blocked, and I have to restart it.
