It is wrost idea to open receiver motherboard and short circuit. There should be a mandatory option to hard reset.

yup i did it with usb male to male usb, power cable also plugged, tried almost all version of usb burning tool, did the short method you'd showed us, still no luck, now the light turning red

If the LED is red, try pressing the power on button on the remote.
Note the power on button is always an IR command, not a Bluetooth command so you need to be in sight of the unit.

Check you power supply.

That blinking red may be power.
