Try to Blindscan LNB Type 9750-10600, turn OFF T2MI the first time , Polarization to AUTO and change Crypted type to all or FTA & Crypted and post results. Make sure ALL this features are the same as with your others working units. Also, make sure you are connecting to the LNB IN rear connector and NOT the ANT IN.

I'm testing version 17 for blindscan. I noticed that on some satellite positions the blindscan does not end correctly. Instead of saving the list, the blindskan loops :?: It runs a search cycle many times and writes the same programs over and over. It does not respond to the EXIT button during the search. Only exiting via RESTART helps, but nothing is written on the list. I checked version 16, it also loops. Only version 14 ends correctly. It is difficult to identify the cause. Maybe this is the case for weak signals? Please compare the blindscan version 14 and 17. Maybe it will fix the error? Sample screens are from blinscan for satellite 53E. Correctly blindscan should save 243 programs. However, the loop added more. At 708, I performed a RESTART. I also restarted to factory settings - it does not help.

yes this happens with version 15 and 16 and 17 on multiple satellites like 14w and others it will go in to loop scanning without end i hope it will be fixed in next update only it was working good until version 14.
also cannot delete multiple satellites at one time when tick more than one satellite for delete it only delete the highlighted one only hope it will be fixed also.

I have seen this looping scan with, I think, all versions.
Another exit from the loop is to use the "Home" button and check the weather, then return.

Sorry for the delay my friend. As for my problem with the device. I was able to search by satellite Nilesat. All channels worked fine, but the problem is that as soon as I turn off the device and then restart, the picture disappears. The Nilesat satellite signal is present, but there is no quality. . look at the picture.

I have noticed this, but in my case, the Quality of the signal comes in within a 30 sec's.
On some channels that are still within the channel list, (which has not been removed by the user), which are no longer on the satellite, will cause this to happen.

12604 V - SR 27500 and 12728 V - SR 27500 are frequencies of Eutelsat 8B West B (8° W) on east beam.
Is your Country reached by this beam?

Hello my friend. These frequencies are also available on Nilesat. I only have Nilesat. As I said, I was able to receive the Nilesat signal and quality after many attempts (and I don't know how this was done), but the problem is that the channels disappear as soon as the device is turned off and back on. The names of the channels and frequencies remain, but there is no picture or quality indication, as I explained to you in the previous pictures.

A small note my friend..it seems that I am not the only one who suffers from the problem of the moon signal being blocked. I have talked with many of those who owned this device from Egypt, Morocco and Saudi Arabia, and they all suffer from this problem..the signal is interrupted and the channels are missing just to shutdown and restart the device. I think support officials should look into this problem and send an update..
