Slow switching of FTA channels from the Hotbird 13E satellite

Polish channels time to change the channel up to 25 seconds and sometimes longer:

Dvbt2 very unstable decoder loses synchronization on tv channels in the hevc codec (the picture does not match the sound), the time of changing the channel from 5 to 15 seconds.
Please help to correct this.
