GTshare crashes down on Android12

The newest version of GTshare application cannot be used on android12 platform, it can launch but once connect to the STB, it will crashed and exit. Please fix it.

We checked that Android 12 can be installed, you can provide your phone model and we will check it out

We checked that Android 12 can be installed, you can provide your phone model and we will check it out
Of course can be merely installed, however, if that app connects to your GTmedia combo STP, it will be crashed down. Incidentally, the model is IQOO neo5s.

I can record a video to show you the issue. How to export the DB file?
Export User DB
with a USB stick plugged in from the DVB app
Menu / Installation down to DB Management and select export and the USB stick for the location
You can then email the file to
Lining or attach it here inside a .zip folder.

I am with same problem. My phone is a Samsung A52S. How i can fix the problem?
