I am from Egypt I bought gtmedia gt combo online how can I get the ip audio activation code I don't have a local agent

I am testing tester only new software that includes an update for IP audio
4. Support Middle East IP Audio

now the software released but from where to get activation code
and we need to add option to add custom ip audio
