Hi, I use the m3u playlist to see remotely my decoder output, however Im searching a way to control it, I installed TeamViewer for Android but I can't start the scan for new channels because is impossible to click the red button, so have you any suggest? Thanks

The red button should press from the remote.

Change the batteries, as when low the Bluetooth function corrupts.
You could also try using a mouse.

I Know, but I'm searching a way to do it remotely...maybe exist some combination to do from keyword that allow to scan, or in worse case, maybe GT Media could implement the scan setting in GT Share App, or let the color button be pressable with mouse...

the same thing happened to me, i couldn't trace my remote control. Using the wireless keyboard and mouse, i was unable to scan at the satellite menu. i wish you could have some keys shortcuts we use. E.g- Fn + Q show the menu.
