Please, could someone or the administrator provide the firmware image file of version 17 for me to download in which I had no problems, with version 18 and 19, I'm even without signal here on DVB-C frequencies, thank you. Obs.: Frequency dvb-c 111000, 256, 5217 does not find frequency in GTCOMBO here in Brazil.

You can not update using the update file posted? You need to use the .rar file by local USB upgrade. You can NOT unrar

I've tried everything, it gives error 21, adbd, I already did the factory reset and then I put it to update with the .zip file without unzipping and what was reported above happens, the only way I was able to downgrade the firmware was via USB cable, so I believe I will only be able to downgrade again using an image file. Thanks for trying to help me! If any administrator or any good spirit has saved this file and can give me a link to download the image file of the requested version, I would thank you in advance, as the device is stopped and unused. thanks!

I dont have 17 right now. I do have img for 16 and 18. You can probably download to 16 and upgrade to 17 after. if that helps let me know

Connect the set-top box to the computer with a USB A - USB A cable.
In the set-top box, it only connects to the USB port under the LAN connector.
Short two contacts on the set-top box and apply power.
