Check you have the latitude longitude set in the USALS motor menu.

Also check that you can scan in other normal channels on the same satellite to check you have the correct set up in Antenna settings.

My USALS Motor is 100% OK! With other receiver find all feed.

Are you sure your dish is correctly adjusted? 5% quality seems way too low. I have like 70-80%. Try to do some fine tunning.
I have a GT Combo too.
