gtcombo , only a green light and no reaction

during an absence i disconnected the GT combo from the power supply for several days.
Now that I have plugged it back in, there is just a green light on the front of the receiver
but there is no picture on the TV (menu or programme) and it doesn't respond to the remote control (I put in new batteries)
I have unplugged it and plugged it back in several times but nothing happens.
Is there a solution or is it dead?

Replace the power supply with that of a router to find out if it has failed

With the box already on ON unplug the HDMI cable and plug back and see if you get any video?

unfortunately no video after unplugging and reconnecting the HDMI.
the network cable is not shown as activated on the PC.

With USB burning toll I never get the device list.
I can't do anything.
how can i select the burning configuration?

you can recover using the following procedure USING A USB CABLE AND AN FIRMWARE IMAGE ( .IMG NOT ZIPPED)
LIKE : GTCOMBO_v2.0_C20.A9.1.19_20221027.img (OR OTHERS OLD IMAGE)

BUT BEFORE ALL , YOU HAVE OPEN YOUR BOX AND MAKE A JUMPER
SEE :

Closing the legs of the NAND chip
Connect the set-top box to the computer with a USB A - USB A cable.
In the set-top box, it only connects to the USB port under the LAN connector.
Short two contacts on the set-top box and apply power.

normally as in android tv box or android tablet , you have to connect the box to usb and launch the program of recovery and then short one time , now the recovery program see the android box and you can start the recovery.
I never use this procedure to recover my gtcombo because I don't need it.
If it's not functional , repeat the procedure always short one time.

For what is that jumper short and why there's nothing about it on the pdf manual?

because this is a SERVICE OPERATION for recover your device
normally this operation is done by laboratory technician for warranty
(if your device is still in warranty , if it's not , you have to pay it)......

I find it hard to believe that in the guide, the most important thing has been forgotten

not being someone who opens a receiver (I'm not good at electronics) and as the method indicated by lining doesn't work for me,I think the GTmedia combo has finished its life at home (it's a pity after 1,5 years)
I have no warranty and it would be very expensive to send it back to China.
This receiver was good, unfortunately it has a much too short life.
