USB power in standby

Hello, I have GTMedia GTCombo.

I just applied C20.A9.1.24 update and find my attached USB camera is ON when the GTMedia is in standby. In previous releases (up to and including C20.A9.1.23), the USB camera had been OFF in standby (desired).

Is there a setting to control whether the USB will receive power in standby mode?
