if you please i have a GTX device can you help me to open T2MI (MultiStream) channels at HispaSat 30.0W
like Real Madrid channel at Freq 12670

When you scanned the transponder, did any of the other channels come to the screen and clear.
Can you give us a photo of the transponder, when you go to scan it, users will then confirm if your settings are correct.

I do not have this model, but with the GTMedia Combo, the Menu's are more or less the same, make sure you at 30w before you start.
Menu / Installation / OK / OK again / Move Curser to Transponder List / OK / Move Curser to the Transponder required, Press Red on the remote, which may bring a small box to the screen.
