Everything is chinese so don't know what to do, when click on MENU button remote an english music video start playing. While was in that page system asked me for OTA update of APRIL and i have updated.

When i click the HOME button twice in remote i got the GTMEDIA home screen. There in DVB app there is preloaded 3 channels and there is no satellite list and in ABOUT BOX the box serial number is changed and it shows 0123456789abcdef (Images below)

Is there any way to go out to the android screen? If so try doing a Factory reset to see if it bring back everything

No there is no way to go to android screen, only we can go to GTMEDIA Home Screen. Done the factory Reset couple of time, but no change same screen with preloaded sample datas.

I am thinking out of the box here, try harding wireing it to the internet and see if it will give you an update option.
