GT COMBO CANAIS DVB-C

Boa tarde. Tenho um GT Combo e ele estava funcionando perfeitamente com canais DVB-C (cabo). De repente apareceu a mensagem "NO SIGNAL" em todos os canais, então fiz um reset e depois disso não consigo mais escanear os canais da NET Brasil, não sei se é a configuração de frequência, modulação, etc. Tem como fazer uma busca cega nos canais via cabo? Tem alguma solução para esse problema? Nos canais via satélite consigo fazer uma busca cega mas não tenho servidor para os canais de satélite em HD. Sou novo no forum e também como usuário dos produtos GT Media. Alguém pode me ajudar?

In saying that, Welcome to the forum, have a read around, use the (Search) box top right, you may get a answer to your issue.
When (cpr) comes on line, he should move this thread to the correct one for you.

There will be many options for different countries for DVB-C.
Try different ones until you find the one that works for you.

If you know what frequencies your DVB-C uses, you could set that manually.
