Is not clear the orientation; RX pin is the center, TX pin is the front side or rear side?

When I start STB EPROM upgrade tool, at the first next I see "Synchronizing STBs ... Please reset target!" and not skip to download.
How can I reset target; I need to power on? Or is there a procedure to reset target?

I have connect the decoder like your shema.

I start the STB EPROM upgrade tool 2.2.2.0, at step 1 I configure Port COM3 (windows tell me that USB adapter get COM3 address), bit rate 115200, Parity Even, Operate Mode Upgrade, File I use GTMedia_V9Prime_V175_20220520.bin, Include Bootloader selected. I click to Next and after power on the decoder.
I see "Synchronizing STBs ... Please reset target!"; the process is hold, it goes no further.

In front panel I see "boot" and "On"; I must see other?

What is the correct sequence? The decoder must be powered when I start? How can I reset target?

PS. I need to downgrade because the PVR function don't work with M.rs and V9 Prime! I need it today.

For me decoder serial port communicate but I suspect that don't communicate with a right settings!
I suspect that there is a wrong setting and the STB EROM upgrade tool 2.2.2.0 don't communicate with the board. Have GTMedia support tested the procedure?
It is not possible that no one has succeeded to downgrade V9 Prime; could you help me?

How can I downgrade the M.rs firmware?

Flash.bin (com atualização que vai colocar) em um pendrive e
ligando na tomada e dando "boot" pelo controle (tecla power ou menu acho).
