Powervu problem with 76.5E channels

Post by suduman »

Hi,

I've uploaded the softcam.key to the box. After that it is now opening the AXN channels in 76.5E without any issue. However the Disney channels are opening but heavily freezing. What might be the problem?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the prompt reply. As a suggestion can you provide a inquiry view of connected servers via info menu in your next release.

Yes. In the latest version it is not there. So it is very useful if we have it. Further can you tell us when can we expect this new release please.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the link. Unfortunately the said PVR setting is not available. I found an interesting thing. The keys that I have loaded to V8UHD are the same keys I have imported to V9. In V8UHD AXN channels and Disney channels are opening. However Disney channels are getting stuck always and I have informed the same and it was informed that it will be corrected in next release.

My conclusion is this has nothing to do with the keys. With 398 update, the unit cannot decrypt these channels though correct keys are available.

We already checked the Disney channels are opened correctly, are you sure you have upgraded to the latest version?

Yes definitely and I did factory reset as well. Is there a way to push the update to the box as a fresh installation.

OK, I need the TS file for this TP to test.

Check the guide of V8UHD to see how to record TS.
Thank you.

Hi Alex,

As mentioned above the box did not prompt "Are you sure to record TP mode ?" message for me when I select PVR settings. Can you let me know how to enable it.

Please follow the operation guide. On this interface, you need to press the INFO button to enter the PVR, TP mode, can you provide me with the frequency of your 76.5E Power vu channel?
