Ayuda..!!!..-No funciona

Muy buenas a todos.
Soy nuevo y novato por aquí, pero ya necesito ayuda.
Acabo de comprar un GTMedia V9 y creo que algo va mal. Después de enchufarlo solo aparece un piloto verde en la pantalla y no se enciende o responde. El mando funciona porque lo he vinculado con la TV y va sin problema, pero el deco no da señales de vida.
Además he intentando reiniciar desde USB tal y como poneis en otros post, pero no hay manera que me reconozca el USB, ni en NTFS, ni FAT32...., ni encendiendo con la tecla "Menu" pulsada ni con la tecla de encendido.
Alguien podría echarme una mano o debo reclamar la devolución?.

Solamente confirmar que estoy usando el adaptador que viene en la caja, el de 12v. En algún otro foro leí que verificara eso.

si te prende una luz verde el adaptador de corriente debería de estar bien, le cargaste algun bin, antes de que te dejara de funcionar?

Nada..ya te digo que ni siquiera me reconoce un pendrive en el puerto usb. Intente cargar un firmware nuevo pero ya te digo que no hay manera.
He probado con 5 pen diferentes, de capacidad y formateo (FAT / NTFS), y nada....no reacciona.
Tampoco encendiendo detrás y manteniendo la tecla menu o encendido pulsada.
Ya no sé qué hacer..devolverlo a los chinos pero me sale más caro los gastos de envío que el propio desco.

Cuánto tiempo se supone que debo pulsar la tecla para que reaccione??... 5 ?? 10 segundos??
Por cierto..que firmware le pondrías??.
La verdad es que ya no sé qué hacer. Me da que me queda un bonito pisapapeles.

2) format your flash disk to FAT32 filesystem
3) copy downloaded file to your flash disk
4) TURN OFF receiver WITH ON/OFF SWITCH on the back side
5) insert flash disk to receiver
6) TURN ON receiver
6b) In the SAME TIME push FAST menu button on remote controller 10 times

7) select START and after OK
8) ALL DONE, receiver now boot normally

If it's not help...
0) when you TURN ON receiver do you see some text or digits (boot or STArT or 0000) on display left from green led?

1) connect internet cable to LAN port on back side (here is sample image)
you see two LED light around connector ------> if LEDs NOT shining or blink = you have probably dead board
2) check HDMI cable if works correctly
2b) try to connect TV with analog cable
3) if you have multimeter/voltmeter check if power adapter have really +/- 12.0V

Verified all:
0)Nothing on display, text or digits.
1)Led lights on LAN port don`t shining or blink, just don´t turn on.
2) and 3), don´t try because I assume that V9 doesn´t work or its broken.

1) take photo of server message ---> open random TV channel, push on remote controller INFO, INFO again And YELLOW color button. Take photo of screen please.
2) register here http://cccamtv.de/tests/takeatest/
3) you receive free 24hous cccam on your email
4) put received cccam to your V9 Super.
5) if channels working OPEN DISPUTE in your order
