problem with AV OUT

Hello,

I have a problem, if I connect the cable to the av out output, the decoder does not give a signal on television or sound. Should I set my decoder properly to make it work?

The AV cable for any of the GTMEDIA receivers is NOT a standard cable.
Use the (search box) and this will bring up all the info that you require about this said cable complete with diagrams.
